Attending Sun Coast TPA Meetings
We welcome you to attend, observe, and make public comments. Members of the public are given a reasonable opportunity to be heard on a proposition before a board or commission.
When meetings are held at a physical location, we will set aside up to 30 minutes, if needed, at the beginning of each meeting providing members of the public the opportunity to appear before the board to speak on items not on the agenda or on the consent agenda.
When meetings are held virtually only, with all meeting participants meeting electronically, we will set aside up to 30 minutes, if needed, at the beginning of each meeting providing members of the public the opportunity to speak via telephone on items not on the agenda or on the consent agenda. The public comment phone line opens 30 minutes prior to each meeting.
Visit our Calendar to find a meeting you’d like to attend. There, you will find when and where the meeting will be held as well as any associated materials, like agendas and presentations.
Public comments during the virtual meetings are audio only. You may submit other materials in advance of the meeting to become part of the record by emailing email@example.com.
All comments received by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting will be included as part of the official record for this meeting and will be available to be considered by the Board prior to any action taken.
For those participating in the meeting virtually or wishing to address the board on an item, please review these Zoom guidelines.
