The Directors and Managers of the MPO/TPOs, FDOT, and the RPCs are responsible for carrying out the regional work programs and coordinating process as directed by the SCTPA. On a monthly basis, the team meets and develops the items to be brought before the SCTPA. If necessary, the Team develops and adopts a set of operating procedures to guide the manner in which this process is conducted. Team members are not appointed.
